The original Victron MultiPlus is a powerful true sine wave inverter and sophisticated battery charger combined in one elegant package. It features hybrid PowerAssist technology, which prevents overloading a limited AC source (like a generator or shore power) by supplementing it with power from the batteries. It includes a high-speed AC transfer switch (<20 milliseconds) for seamless UPS functionality, protecting computers and sensitive electronics. Like all Victron inverter/chargers, it is highly scalable, supporting parallel operation (up to 6 units) and three-phase configurations.
